Caltra is founded and led by David Caceres, a licensed real estate professional and business operator based in the DMV. It is a deliberately small platform — and deliberately good at what it does.
The choice of name reflects the work. In the languages the founder grew up speaking, cal carries the weight of foundation — stone, lime, what is built to last. Tra echoes movement and trajectory — trayecto, travesía, path taken deliberately. Together: foundation and direction. Which is what the work actually is.
